in 2017
Established in 2017, 3RealMates Disability Services (3RMDS) has been dedicated to providing high-quality language skills development services to clients worldwide, transcending geographical barriers. Our journey began with the commitment to offer remote, top-notch services that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.

In 2018
In 2018, we took a significant step by initiating our work with our first participant, an 8-year-old diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This experience prompted us to develop a comprehensive system to provide targeted assistance to children with special needs. Shortly after, in the same year, we started working with a 6-year-old participant diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), referred to us through word of mouth.

Our growth continued in 2019 as we expanded our services and established a new department dedicated to offering specialized support tailored to the individual NDIS goals and specific needs of children with relevant developmental conditions. This expansion marked a crucial milestone in our journey, allowing us to further refine and enhance our offerings.

In 2021
In 2021, 3RMDS introduced an innovative service program designed to enhance the diverse skills of our participants. This program has made a significant impact, benefiting nearly 100 clients in Victoria alone. We are proud to have developed and implemented a program that has positively impacted the lives of so many.

By 2022
By 2022, we had gained extensive experience in supporting children with ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, auditory processing disorders, anxiety, and learning disabilities. This expertise has enabled us to proudly offer 3RMDS Disability Services to individuals from all ethnic backgrounds, transcending cultural differences to provide support where it is needed most.
At 3RMDS, our primary focus is on supporting children on the autism spectrum, aged 5 to 18, to meet their language, communication, and social skills needs. Our guiding principle is encapsulated in our slogan: “Communication as Core, Capacity Building as Goal, Nurturing Every Soul.”
As we continue our journey, we remain committed to our founding principles of providing high-quality, inclusive services that empower individuals to reach their full potential. With a steadfast commitment to excellence and a dedication to innovation, we look forward to continuing our mission of making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
