It’s a peer to peer education initiative where you will be trained and hired to teach other kids your age how to speak English.  It’s super easy to do, real fun and you can work from anywhere and anytime. Plus did we mention you get paid very generously for your time? With all the guidance and training you will receive this is unlike most opportunities out there for young people in Australia.

Starting a business as a young person

Part of the mentoring program run and conducted by 3RealMates, this workshop delves into the basics of how you can go about starting your own business. It not only goes through the necessities like how do you register for a business, how do you apply for an ABN or how do you invoice your clients but also the essential requirements before you start a venture like this – like, how to budget your finances and savings or what it takes for you to start a business. This is an essential skills topic that will teach you a whole bunch even if you don’t want to start a business, but skills that will also help you in any career you choose in your future.

There will be plenty of activities and games to enjoy on the day. The activities are designed to teach valuable skills that will look to build your workplace confidence, ethics and performance.
